This is almost certainly the same person as: Joseph Cohen

Basis for determination is that they lived at 82 Back Church Lane (according to their children's school records at the Jews' Free School). Morris (his brother) is also found at the same address (according to Harris Cohen's school record) in 1886, the year that they arrived in London.

The Joseph Cohen of 30 New-road Stepney, who passed away in March 1910 is not this profile. That person, buried at Plashet, is listed as Joseph ben Dovid on his tombstone.
