PROBATE JURISDICTION.
In the will of Victoria May Manning, late of Sandgate,
in the State of New South Wales, widow, deceased.
PERSUANT to the Wills, Probate and Administration
act, 1893-1932, the Testator's Family Maintenance and
Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1938 the Trustee Act,
1925-1938: Notice is hereby given that any creditor or
other person having any claim against the estate of
Victoria May Manning, the abovenamed deceased, who
died on the 5th day of August, 1937, and probate of
whose will was, on the 20th day of October, 1937,
granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales, in
its Probate Jurisdiction, to Joseph Edward Manning and
Olive May Edwards, the executor and executrix respect
ively in the said will named, arc hereby required to
send in particulars in writing of such claims to the said
Joseph Edward Manning and Olive May Edwards, care
of Messrs. Church & Youll, at their office undermentioned,
on or before the 9th day of June, 1939, at the expiration
of which time the said Joseph Edward Manning and
Olive May Edwards will proceed to distribute the assets
of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto,
having regard only to the claims of which they have
notice in writing; and notice is hereby further given
that the said Joseph Edward Manning and Olive May
Edwards will not be liable, for the assets or my part
thereof so distributed, to any person of whose claim
they shall not have had notice at the time of such
distribution.—Dated this 29th day of March, 1939.
