After being in the family for over two hundred years, the deed reserved the right to a quarter acre portion which contained three graveyards.; Family lived on "Swanson's Lott", Prince George's Co.; Wil of Joseph Plummer; Prince George's Co.; written 9 Jan 1789; probate 18 Apr 1789; Estate to wife Esther for schooling and mantenance of children during widowhood, and after her death or marriage to son Mordecal "all the land he then possessed in Prince George's Co." In event of death of Mordecal without heirs, to son Joseph; should he die without issue to son Abiezer; Mentions daughters Ann, Sarah, Ester; Wit: Daniel Clar, Walter Wills, Clement Smith, Richard J Duckett; (T.1.277 W.
