• ****************** Henry County, Kentucky Court Orders 3:1 At a Court held 19 Jan 1808 "Hannah Stark, widow and relict of Jos. Stark, dcd, came into court together with Richard Wells and Adam Mowrey, her securities, and entered and acknowledged bond in the penalty of L300 for a certificate of administration on the estate of the sd Joseph Stark is granted her in due form of law." The estate was inventoried and appraised and returned to court to be recorded 21 Mar 1808. Reub. Stark, Rhody McDowell, Ab. Stark, Polly Stark and Phil Stark are named on a list of property that has been advanced to a part of the Legatees.
