Much of the sources for my tree came from research at the East Tennessee Historical Society Library in Knoxville in the late 1990's. The 2 volume book "The Early Settlers of Lee County, VIrginia and Surrounding Counties' had an incredible amount of information about our lines. The library contained many other books pertaining to our lines.
