39 Architectural agreement, 1867
Agreement between Joshua B. Lippincott and the builder John Ketcham to erect a
dwelling on the west side of 19th Street fronting on Rittenhouse Square,
based on designs of the architectural firm Sloan and Hutton. The
agreement includes detailed description of materials and specifications to
be employed by Ketcham and the document is signed by him at the end.
Demolished in 1972, the structure once stood at 204 S. 19 Street, on the
west side of Rittenhouse Square. It is listed on the Historic American
Buildings Survey as PA-1515.
