Juan Tecson

In 1900, he was one of the first three Filipinos to study in the US. The other two were Lorenzo Onrubia and Santiago Artiaga. He and Santiago would graduate from the University of Michigan's College of Engineering in 1904. His widow would later marry Lorenzo.
