Judith (Knopfelmacher) Lassnowszky lived in household #11 in Mahr. Weisskirchen, directly next door to her half-sister, Anna (Knopfelmacher) Goldstein, who lived in household #12. Judith died in household #11 on 15 October 1836, age 38. Her death record calls her "Gutti" or "Guttl", and indicates that she was born in 1798.
Judith appears to have also used the name "Veronika". In Gaya (Kyjov) Jewish records, her daughter Sara (who lived there in the 1850s) consistently referred to her mother as Veronika. However, it is possible that this information was supplied by Sara's husband, Markus Kämpf, who never knew Judith and who provided her given name in error.
