Judith Williams was born circa 1721 at Taunton. She was the daughter of Nathaniel Williams and Lydia King. Judith Williams married Elijah Macomber, son of John Macomber and Elizabeth Williams, on 10 February 1742 at Taunton. Her married name was Macomber. Judith Williams died on 1 October 1743 at Taunton. Conflicting data gives her birth as 25 May 1719 and death of 1 Oct 1745. She and Elijah Macomber had no children.

Elijah Macomber was her first cousin, the son of her aunt, Elizabeth Williams Macomber, sister to her father, Nathaniel Williams.
