Judith Ware

From the will of Peter Ware, Jane was the oldest and Judith the fourth of his five children.

Reverend Peter Ware will was probated in Henrico Cty, VA on 6/8/1741 (See Virginia Historical Index, page 314) and names legatees (1) "Brother Henry Ware, land in Goochland Cty, VA which was willed to me by our father"; (2) Wife: Judith; (3) Son: John; (4) Daughters: Sarah and Judith, (5) Son: Henry II. Peter Ware III also had a will probated in Goochland Cty, VA on 3/16/1741. (See Ware, Peter, (W) D.B. # 3, page 526, 16 Mar 1741).
