"June C. Peck Niewoehner, age 72, passed away March 3, 1988.

Born May 17, 1915 in Salt Lake City, a daughter of W.J. Joe and Blanche Hanson Cardwell. Married to Lee Ledelle Peck, June 4, 1933 in Oakland, California. He passed away October 28, 1949. Married William Niewoehner, July 8, 1955 in Salt Lake City. He passed away July 17, 1967. Has lived in Salt Lake City and Pacific Grove, California for the past 23 years. Former member of the Lady's Oriental Shrine. Enjoyed playing golf.

Surviving is a sister, Carolyn Smith, Brigham City; sister-in-law, Carol Cardwell, Salt Lake City; five nieces. Preceded in death by a brother, W.R. (Dick) Cardwell.

Graveside services will be held Monday, 3 p.m. at the Salt Lake City Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Lindquist Bountiful Chapel, 727 No. 400 East."
