     NEPHI, May 30,- Largely attended funeral services were held in Nephi yesterday afternoon for Mrs. Kate W. Bailey, wife of William Bailey, president of the state board of equalization. Many out-of-town people, especially friends from Salt Lake, were present. The floral display was evidence of the esteem In which Mrs. Bailey was held.
       P. P. Christensen of the Nephi ward bishopric was in charge of the services. The Nephi High School Glee club furnished the opening musical selections.
   The opening and closing Prayers were offered by J. E. Lunt and Orson Cazier, respectively.
     The life of Mrs. Bailey was eulogized by John C. Halt. Bishop A.H. Belliston, President T. D. Rees. Judge Joshua Greenwood. Judge James T. Hammond and P. P. Chrlstensen. A vocal solo. "O Love Divine." was sung by T. W. Vickers and a vocal duet. "Cast Thy Bread Upon the Waters." by L. P. Anderson and Mrs. E. W. Carter.
