Kenneth Nelson Conner

Son of the late Clyde V. Conner and Exie Nelson. In his early years, he spent time helping on the farm doing a man's job. He rode a horse to school. He married Mollie Myer on March 25, 1939 in Woodward and they lived on a farm southeast of Beaver. She died in 1995. He served for years as a trustee/board member of Panhandle Telephone Coop in Guymon. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church. He served on many committees for the county Farm Service Agency as well as the Beaver County Fair. He was preceded in by his brother, Lester Conner. He was survived by his son, grandchildren and an extended family. Funeral held 4/2/2006 at First Christian Church in Beaver with The Rev. Lynn Spencer officiating.
