Lady Frances Feilding was the daughter of Basil Feilding, 4th Earl of Denbigh and Hester Firebrace.[1]

She married Daniel Finch, 8th Earl of Winchilsea, son of Daniel Finch, 7th Earl of Winchilsea and Hon. Anne Hatton, in 1720.[1]

She died circa September 1734.[1] She was buried on 3 October 1734.[1]

Her married name became Finch.
