Leonard Neff was born in 1761 in Virginia. He was the son of Henry and Elizabeth Neff who had eleven children as follows: Susannah Neff(B1790) who on October 29, 1809 married Henry Cutright; Madeline Neff(B1796); Hannah Neff (1/25/1790-5/3/181879) who on April 11, 1814 married William Cutright; Cornelius Neff(B-1780); Elizabeth Neff(B-1783); Lydia Neff(B-1789); Johathan Neff(B-1791); Michael Neff(B-5/2/1793); George Neff(B-1794); and Samuel Neff(B-1794). In 1799 Leonard Neff married Lydia Neff who had been born in Virginia in 1766. Leonard and Lydia had six children as follows: Sebra Neff(7/5/1800-9/16/1861) who on 7/4/1819 married James Cutright; Abraham Neff(11/18/1805-3/18/1885) who on 9/1/1830 married Mary Leonard; Anna Neff(1809-3/15/1875) who on 9/18/1834 married Harrison Moore; Hannah Neff(7/10/1809-11/11/1897) who on 1/22/1829 married Hiram L. Cutright; Elizabeth Neff(B-4/3/1823) who on 4/3/1823 married John Sibrell; and Adam Neff(1801-4/18/1832).
