He was the son of Ezekiel Richardson and Susanna Bradford. He married Bridget Henchman on Nov. 28, 1660 in Chelmsford MA
James was in charge of the Christian Indians of the Wamesit tribe at Chelmsford. He was a lieutenant in the local train-band. He saw service from the beginning of King Philip's War and was killed June 29, 1677, in battle at Scarborough Maine.

James Richeson (Richardson) was baptized in the Charlestown First Church on 11 Jul 1641, the son of Ezekiel and Susannah (Unknown) Richeson.[1] [2]
On 28 Nov 1660, he married Bridget Hinchman, the sister of Maj. Thomas Hinchman of Chelmsford, Mass[3] [4] [5] [6] [2]. Their children included[7] [8] :
On June 29, 1677, Lieut James Richardson was killed in a battle in Maine[2]. Bridget's brother, Thomas Hinchman was administrator of his estate.[2] [11]
On October 8, 1679 his widow married William Chandler[2]
