Lillian Hansteen-Langhoff Andersen Wochholz

At 18 years of age, she was in Tivoli looking at a glass blower's booth. Weston was on leave from the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany. He introduced himself. They dated but the Army refused to let Wes marry her. When he went home he borrowed the money to return to Denmark and marry Lillian, October 19, 1952.

Lillian moved to USA shortly afterwards. The picture of her was taken in Port Huron, Michigan, USA, Easter about 1953 to 1955. I think it was 1953, before my birth since she was still slender.

Lillian became a citizen of USA in 1957 or 1958. Her English was so excellent, Wes turned to her to edit his dissertation for his Ed.D.
