Luke Albertus Musselwhite

Luke Albertus Musselwhite, age 73 years, died at his home on Lemon Heights early Saturday morning, following a short illness. The deceased was a native of South Florida, and for years engaged in naval stores and lumber businesses. For the past several years he had been a resident of Palatka, operating a small store on Lemon Heights. He is survived by his widow and two sons, M. A. Musselwhite of Jacksonville and C. M. Musselwhite of Callahan. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Lemon Heights Baptist Church, Rev. Harry W. Tucker, the pastor, officiating. Interment was made in Oak Hill East Cemetery. W. Carl Davis, mortician, had charge of the funeral arrangement. (Times-Herald Obituary dtd Friday, 28 Jul 1933.)
