About Lula A Garrison
Mrs. Lula A. Garrison, 70, Dies At Sand Beach Mrs. Lula A. Garrison, 70, Hummelstown RD 2, Sand Beach, died at 1 a.m. today at her home following an illness of four years A native of Virginia, she was the daughter of the late James and Jennie Marshall Talley. She had resided in Sand Beach for the last 25 years. She was a member of the In dependent Bible Church of Sand Beach and the Home Department of the Sunday School. Her husband, Jack I. Garrison, died in 1955. Surviving are three sons, Richard Howdyshell, Crozet, Va., and William I. and Leroy A. Garrison, both at home; seven daughters, Mrs. Nellie McCallister, Waynesboro, Va.; the Misses Irene F., Gladys, Helen and Nancy Garrison, all at home; Mrs. John Hetrick, Sand Beach, and Mrs. Paul Fackler, Campbelltown. A stepson, Floyd Garrison, Hummelstown; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Charles Drupp Sr. and Mrs. Dewey Shifflett, both of Palmyra and Mrs. Galen Hixon, Hummelstown, and three grandchildren also survive.
