About Lupo Biteng
Lupo Biteng was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the second district of Ilocos Sur at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 6, 1922 to June 5, 1928. He later served as governor of Ilocos Sur from October 16, 1931 to January 6, 1932, when he was shot to death by Segundina Quilop.
