Freeman Flower of Clapham & Gainsborough (b 1713-4, d 08.06.1797) m. (22.09.1742) Martha Dawson (d 1767, dau/heir of Samuel Dawson of Leeds by Sarah Heald).

Samuel Shore and Lydia adopted Lydia Humble, daughter of Flower Humble (a relation of Lydia Flower); she married Edward Higginson.[11]

His first wife was Urith Offley, daughter of Joseph Offley, who died in 1781. There were three sons of that marriage: Offley, Samuel and Bohun.
