Lydia Abbott, daughter of John Abbott & Lydia Wing, married again after the death of her first husband Jonathan Gifford to Joseph Taber, son of Thomas Taber & Mary Thompson.


Jonathan Gifford (14 May 1684 - 10 February 1734 Sandwich, Massachusetts), son of William Gifford the Tailor and his second wife, Mary Mills Gifford, married Lydia Abbot on 3 August 1708. Their children were:

  2. Peleg Gifford (14 August 1711 - July 1802 Conway, Massachusetts); married Abigail Shepherd 27 April 1743
