Lydia Walker was born on 31 July 1717 at Dighton. She was the daughter of Nathan Walker and Abigail Richmond.

Lydia Walker married William Ware, son of John Ware and Mehitable Chapin, on 6 September 1755 at Dighton. Her married name was Ware.

Lydia Walker died after 9 August 1764.
