About Lydia Warner
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Boltwood-31 Lydia Boltwood was born in 1653[1] or about 1671 at Hadley, Hampshire, Massachusetts.[2]
Lydia was the daughter of Robert Boltwood and his unknown wife,[3] whose first name may have been Mary,[4] as in Mary Gernor.[5]
Lydia was the sister of:[4]
- Samuel, "a man of remarkable strength and bravery, was stationed at Deer[field], at the time of the sack of that village by French and Indians, and was there slain Feb. 29, 1704";
- Sarah, who married 1) 31 May 1666, Isaac Warner of Hatfield, and 2) 30 December 1696, Deacon John Loomis of Windsor;
- Martha, married 1 April 1674, Daniel Warner, of Hatfield, and died 22 September 1710; and
- Mary, married 24 October 1667, James Beebe, and died 19 August 1676.
Lydia married at Hadley, on 20 April 1674 (2 April[4]), John Warner, the son of John Warner and his wife, Priscilla Symonds,[3] and they had children:
- Lydia who married Josiah Beaman on 29 Apr 1696 at Springfield, Hampden, Massachusetts;[6]
- Priscilla Warner, born 11 April 1677 at Springfield;[7]
- John Warner, born 22 Feb 1678 at Springfield, Hampden, Massachusetts,[8]
- Ebernezer Warner, born 16 February 1680 at Springfield, Hampden, Massachusetts,[9] married Hannah Bliss on 9 January 1706;[10]
- Mary Warner, born 15 January 1682 at Springfield;[11]
Lydia Warner, the wife of John Warner, was sick and died on 26 January 1682/3, at Springfield, Hampden, Massachusetts,[12] from complications of childbirth.[1] [5]
Lydia's husband outlived her, dying at Springfield, on 21 January 1723/4.[13] John Warner married three more times:
- "John Warner and Sarah Warner were joined in marriage Aug 31, 1683" at Springfield.[14] Sarah was sick and gave birth before her time and died at Springfield on 24 January 1686, the child was born alive but died the same day.[15]
- "John Warner and Sarah Ferry were joined in marriage June 30, 1687" at Springfield.[16] Sarah, the daughter of Charles Ferry and his wife, Sarah Harmon, was born at Springfield on 15 December 1668.[3] Sarah was sick and died at Springfield on 25 July 1689;[17]
- "John Warner and widow Rebecca Cooley were married on November 26, 1691" at Springfield.[18] Rebecca, the widow of Obadiah Cooley, and the daughter of John Williams and his wife, Mary Burley/Buckly, was born at Windsor on 20 April 1649.[3] Rebecca was sick and died at Springfield, on 18 October 1715.
