Mabel Marie Toombs, 81, of Fredericksburg died Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Mary Washington Hospital.

Mrs. Toombs was a member of Open Door Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Raymond C. Toombs; a daughter, Linda Burrell; a grandson, Brian Burrell; and two great-granddaughters, Melissa and Rose Burrell.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Tuesday, April 26 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
