Married to Samuel Ingalls. (Buried in Bolivar.*)
Laura Ingalls Wilder's great-grandmother...

Note: File at local library read, "died about 1835." Could not locate grave... many of the stones are old and broken.

  • Death date came from an email contact. Email contact says the N. Cuba cem. records show her dates as 1775 to 1839, but assumes that may have been taken off of an old stone... causing a transcription error.

Update 06/08: Was able to locate grave and have uploaded photo. Stone seems to read 1837.

Also on Margarett Delano Ingalls's headstone are her son, Aaron Franklin Ingalls, DOB Feb 27, 1801 and DOD: Feb 15, 1886 and his first wife, Olive Clark Scott, DOB: Dec 1, 1804 and DOD: July 23, 11857 and Aaron and Olive's daughter, Marcy C. Ingalls DOB: Oct. 8 in Cuba, 1845 and DOD: Jan 12, 1851.
