About Marguerite Alwilda Ross
After serious illness of her mother, Marguerite (presumably since about 1915) stayed with her grandmother, Olive Ritch, who had got custody of her. When she was about 16 years old, she joined her sister Vivian, who had traveled to Philadelphia to stay with her mother.
Marguerite Ritch met her later husband Thomas Ross, who was an intern there, during her education in the Frankfort Hospital Nursing School.
