"In the name of God amen, the Last Will and Testament of Margret See. To my oldest son Friderick See, I leave and bequeath one Shilling Sterling; to my son, George See, I leave the rest of my goods and chattels to be equally divided between Michael See, Fealty Yokeham, Jacob Yokeham, Madling See, Barbara See, Mary and Jacob See, this being my Last Will and Testament all other will hereto fore to be void and of no effect as witness my hnand and seal this 28th day of March 1757 one thousand seven hundred and fifty seven." Signed by her mark; witnessed by James Taoph(?) and David Crage(?).
At court held for Hampshire Co., VA 14 February 1758, "On the motion of George See, son of Margaret See, deceased, who made oath according to law, certificate is granted him for obtaining Letters of Administration of the said decedants estate with this her Last Will and Testament and giving security whereupon the said George together with Michael Harness and William Cunningham his securities entered into and acknowledged their bond in the penalty of one hundred pounds for his due administration of the said decedant's estate and performance of her will which is ordered to be recorded."
