At the Deep River and District Hospital on Monday, October 10, 2011. Rita Coote, daughter of the late Hector and Marie Louise Meilleur. Beloved wife of Edgar Coote of Deep River and the late Carl Gutzman (by 1st marriage). Loving mother of Steven Gutzman and his wife Phyllis of Deep River, Wayne Gutzman of Toronto, Yvonne Beckett and her husband Keith of Kamloops, B.C., and Karl Gutzman of Golden, B.C. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a son Donald Reid Gutzman, 7 brothers and 6 sisters. Friends may call at the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral Service to be conducted in Faith Lutheran Church, Deep River on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Followed by cremation. Interment of cremated remains will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Chalk River on Saturday, October 15 at 11:00 a.m.
