About Marie Mae Vest
Marie M. Combs, 89, of Bloomfield passed away at 8:05 P.M. on Monday January 25, 2010 at Greene County General Hospital in Linton. Marie was born July 23, 1920 in Greene County the daughter of Jafus and Myrtle (Holmes) Vest.
Marie was a homemaker and was baptized through the First Christian Church in Bloomfield.
Surviving Relatives include two sons Gary Robinson and Donald Wayne Robinson both of Bloomfield. One daughter Joyce Kaylor of Ellettsville. Thirteen grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Carl Robinson, her second husband Harold Combs. One son Marvin Robinson, one brother Orville "Pete" Vest,one granddaughter Lisa Abrams, one great grandson and her parents.
Friends may call 4 to 8 P.M. on Thursday January 28, 2010 and 12 Noon until the hour Friday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Friday January 29, 2010 at jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Dave Wilde officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Bloomfield.
