Marsha M. Fogle

Marsha M. Fogle, 50, of Columbia, MO and formerly of Hannibal, MO, passed away at 6:03 AM Monday, April 25, 2016 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, April 29, 2016 at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hannibal.

Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.

Marsha was born March 4, 1966, in Rushville, Illinois to George Franklin Chestnutt Jr. and Bessie Stambaugh Chestnutt.

She was married to John F. Fogle on June 4, 1996 in Maysville, Missouri. He survives.

Other survivors include her Mother, Bessie Chestnutt, 4 children, George Chestnut (Christina), Brandon Chestnutt, Zachary Chestnutt and Dakota Fogle, 3 sisters, Wanda Chestnutt, Becky Elzea (Teddy) and Pamela Chestnutt, 9 grandchildren, Kaiden, James, George, Raven, Peyton, Shia, Alaina, Charlie and Pee-Wee. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, father-in-law and mother-in-law; Harold G. "Cutter" Fogle and Emma Fogle and her aunt, Helen "Nanny" Atwood.

Marsha attended Cosmetology School and John Wood Community College and completed the asbestos removal supervisor program there. She previously worked at White Star Laundry, Smith's Treasure Chest and retired from Buckhorn Rubber Company in Hannibal, MO. She enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing and camping on the Salt River. Marsha liked to recycle and enjoyed finding many treasures when she was "Junk ‘in". Her most enjoyable time was spent with her family, especially her grand babies. Marsha had a nickname for everyone. She was a Christian by faith and previously attended the Nazarene Church.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Elzea, Joe Elzea, Jr., Ryan Fogle, Shane Shurtleff, Michael Hirner, and Lester Hirner.

Honorary pallbearers will be George Chestnutt, Brandon Chestnutt, James Owens, Zachary Chestnutt, and John F. Fogle.
