About Martha Mary Cabell

Devoted wife of Major General Derosey Carroll Cabell, Sr. and daughter of Colonel Elmer I. Otis and Agnes Reid Boone Otis. She was born in Camp Harney, Harney County, Oregon, where her father was the post commander.

She was the second wife of Captain (later, Major General) Derosey Carroll Cabell, Sr. a West Point officer, marrying him on 7 March 1892, about 3 years after her older sister, Mary "Mollie" Boggs Otis, died.
