Mary "Mollie" Teressa Garner was the daughter of Isaac Chauncey Garner and Elvira (Garner) Garner. She was born Oct. 31, 1855, near Magazine, then Scott County now Logan County, Arkansas. She was born after the death of her father, Isaac Chauncey Garner, on March 22, 1855. Mollie married William "Will" Hillsman Allen on Sept. 4 1873 near Magazine, then Sarber County, Arkansas. Magazine, Arkansas, was in Scott County then Sarber County and present-day Logan County, Arkansas.
Note: Isaac Chauncey Garner and Elvira Garner were distant cousins. Thus a Garner married a Garner.
Isaac Chauncey Garner was buried in the Sexton Cemetery near Magazine, then Scott County now Logan County, Arkansas.
Later, Elvira (Garner) Garner married Judge Nathan Ellington about 1858. (From a Find A Grave Visitor)
