There were 2 different Mary Bartletts born to a Joseph Bartlett at about the same time. One was born in Plymouth to Joseph Bartlett and Hannah Pope around 1673, the other was born in Newton to Joseph Bartlett and Mary Waite on February 15 1672. If we've interpreted the records correctly, the Mary Bartlett of Plymouth married John Barnes while the Mary Bartlett of Newton married Mr. Robinson.

Mary Bartlett d/o Joseph Bartlett and Hannah Pope was born in 1672 and died 20 Feb 1727.[1]

Probate

Upon the death of her husband in 1744, on 22 May 1744, her son Jonathan Barnes, cordwainer of Plymouth was granted the administration of her estate.[2]

An inventory of her real estate was taken on 30 July 1744 in Plymouth. It was divided among her children or their heirs, viz., John Barnes, Seth Barnes, Jonathan Barnes, the children of Hannah Drew (Mary Rider, Lemuel Drew, Sarah Drew, James Drew, and William Drew), Mary Waite, Thankful Bartlett, Elizabeth Curtis, and Lydia Barnes.[3]
