According to the "Genealogy of the Page Family of Virginia" and "Some Prominent Virginia Families, Vol 2", Mary was born in Yorktown, about 1713; married, on May 18, 1728, Col. Edmund Berkeley II, of Barn Elms, Middlesex County, Va. She died in Yorktown after 1772. Col Berkeley was appointed Justice of Middlesex, 1725; member of the House of Burgesses in 1736 and other years.
Their children included:
1. Lucy Berkeley, born - June 15, 1729, died young. 2. Edmund Berkeley, III born - Dec 5, 1730, who first married Mary Judith Randolph, of "Tuckahoe", on Nov 5, 1757 and secondly, Mary Burwell of "The Grove" on Jan 23, 1763. He was also a member of the House of Burgesses frm 1772 to 1774, and the convention of 1775-76. 3. Nelson Berkeley, born - May 16, 1733, of Airwell, Hanover County, Va, who married Elizabeth Wormeley Carter, granddaughter of Hon. Robert (King) Carter, and had issue. 4. Mary (called Molly) Berkeley, born Jan 15, 1737, who married Dr. Corbin Griffin of Yorktown and had one child, Major Griffin. 5. Sally (Sarah) Berkeley, born - Jan 27, 1741, single. 6. Lucy Berkeley, born - June 9, 1744, single.
