Note: 1. Kelly Jennings was named as guardian of the minor children of Mary and John Brockman since 24 Nov 1758. In 1759, Mary's son, Samuel B. Brockman, was named guardian in place of Kelly Jennings (in Goochland co., VA). 2. Kelly Jennings left a will in Goochland co., VA dated 7 Jun 1770; it was probated 15 Feb 1773. In this will he named his wife Mary and three children, Caleb, Joshua and Mary. 3. Her father's will (Spottsylvania co., VA, 11 Nov 1752) points to the fact that she married John Brockman: "Part of my estate to my daughter Mary Brockman." The will was signed by Joseph Collins.
