Dear Mara I often wondered what happened to Mary Eliza Coon after she married William Henry Bartlett. I have a copy of the Coon family Bible showing the marriage, but nothing beyond that. I am descended from Charles Henry Coon, Mary Eliza's brother. I have done a huge amount of work on the Coon family, both in Canada and the US. Mary Eliza (and you, as well,) can trace her ancestry back to John Maccoone, who came to the US as a prisoner of war in the 1600's.
