Nov. 9, 1730 Benjamin & Mary Lewis, husbandman, to John Crandall, son of John Crandall, 43 Acres, westmost Lott of a Tract Eber Crandall bought of Philip Palmeter, which Tract with all the rest of his estate he gave to Mary his wife & his 9 children, it is Lot #4.
