Biography

Mary Gove[1] was born Hampton, Rockingham, New Hampshire, 14 2 mo. [16]66 (14 April 1666).[2]

Mary married first, Hampton, 28 December 1682, to Joseph Sanborn.[3]. He was born Hampton, 13 March 1659, the son of John and Mary (Tuck) Sanborn,[4] Joseph Sanborn died sometime after 15 June 1722, the date on which he executed a deed of gift to his to his son, Joseph Samborn.[5]

Mary (Gove) Sanborn married again, after 26 November 1727 [date of intention at Amesbury, Massachusetts], Lt. Moses Morrill,[6] but she is reported to have separated from Morrill, returning to reside on the family homestead at Hampton Falls.[7]
