Mary Margaret Quinn

In 1923 Mary Margaret Quinn held, as trustee for Simon Quinn, a lease of land in the Victoria district. Later, she lost her reason, and an official trustee was appointed. Today, Mr. Justice Draper, on the application of Mr. John Hale, consented to an order being issued for the official trustee to execute a transfer of the land to Simon Quinn.

Before Mr. Justice Draper in the Supreme Court yesterday a declaration was claimed that Miss Mary Quinn held Victoria Location 5392 (situated at Isseka. near Geraldton) on behalf of her father, Simon Quinn and the Official Trustee was asked on behalf of Miss Quinn to execute a transfer of the land to Simon Quinn. Judgment was given in the terms of the statement of claim. No order was made as to costs. Mr. John Hale (instructed by Mesers. Northmore. Hale. Davy and Leake) appeared for the plaintiff, Simon Quinn.
