Not the same as Mary Allen
Philip Walker, son of Philip Walker and Mary Metcalf, married twice. First to Mary, the daughter of Richard and Esther Sutton Bowen. The marriage was December 31, 1687.[6] Mary passed away at 27 in 1694. Philip then married Sarah Bowen, the daughter of William, before 1696.[2][3]

Philip had four children by his first wife, Mary:
- Ebenezer born on October 21, 1688. More information about him is unavailable and there was no mention of either him or his heirs in his father's will.[7]
- Ester, of Philip and Mary, Oct. 21, 1688 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts[7][8][9] Esther was baptised on July 4, 1697 She married Mr Avery and her father-in-law's will had: Esther living in 1749 and records show that on May 16, 1709 Esther Walker married Isaac Averill. The question is: "Was the Esther Walker baptized in 1697 also the Esther Walker born as a twin of Ebenezer and born in 1688? Possibly the 1697 baptism was for a 9 year old girl![4][7]
- James was born on September 3, 1690 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts[10] and died November 28, 1747. He married Elizabeth who died December 29, 1747 or 1748. They had 6 children.[7][9]
- Philip was born the year before his mother's death on August 13, 1693 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts[11]and died November 5, 1742. He was Captain. He married twice. On December 7, 1721, he 1st married Mary Chard who died September 3, 1737. His second wife was Ann Martin of Bristol, R.I.. She was the daughter of Melatiah and was born on September 9, 1699. He had 8 children.[7]
Phillip's first wife, Mary, died in May of 1694 and was buried on the 22nd of that month.[2][4][7][9]
