Math Maehren, 68, resident of Avon for many years died at his home in that community, February, January 17th. Funeral services for the deceased were held from St. Benedict's Church at Avon at 9:30 a.m. Monday, January 20th.
Mathias was born June 20, 1878 in Avon, Minnesota to parents Herman Maehren (Germany) and Kathryn Meyer (Germany). He was single, a resident of Avon township and occupation was farmer. He died January 17, 1947 in Avon Township, Stearns County, and was buried in the Avon Cemetery. Information was supplied by Martin Maehren of Avon.
