Born 28. 10. 1876 Last residence before deportation: Prague I Address/place of registration in the Protectorate: Prague V, Elišky Krásnohorské 4 Transport AAs, no. 94 (20. 07. 1942, Prague -> Terezín) Transport Bx, no. 1895 (22. 10. 1942, Terezín -> Treblinka) Murdered
Note: The date of birth of the holocaust record does not match the entry from the birth register (1 week difference)
The holocaust document (1939), though, confirms she was born in Sirem, that she was widow of a medical practitioner (in Jablonec) and that she moved to Prague in 1929 (this is just after the death of Alfred, her husband). The document also indicates that her brother, Paul Hermann was in Holland. Paul survived the holocaust and made his way to UK where he died in 1940.
There is little doubt that this IS Mathilde Braun, wife of Dr Alfred Braun.
