According to Laurent Kassel Mathilde Mauthner was not called Amalia, even if such a name is found on documents from one of her children. He saw the grave in Budapest with German and Hebrew name. There is no room for the assumption that she had another name as Amalia. If some of her children wrote this, its is a mistake. Laurent Kassel´s grand mother was named after her both in German and Hebrew. She was her great grand daughter. (email 18-June-2013)
