Matilda was married about 1842, most likely in DeKalb County, Tennessee, to Henderson Partee Kemp. They had nine children that I know of to date. Namely, Elder Catherine, Cynthia J., William J., John Harvey, Mary, James Smith, Parilee, Martha and Laura Bransford Kemp.
