Geschichte des Opfers Max Morgenstern wurde 1883 in Wien geboren. Er war Lithographer (Drucker) und verheiratet mit Elvira, geb. Fröhlich. Er lebte mit seiner frau und seinen beiden Kindern in der Enzingergasse 2 in Wien. 1942 wurden er und seine Frau Elvira nach Izbica, Polen deportiert, wo sie ermordet wurden.

Seine Tochter Ilse Loeb ist als Überlebende in der Liste "Die Letzten Zeugen" eingetragen.
