Mehitable married Jeremiah Hull Jr, in 1688 Children(first marriage): Jeremiah Hull III and Elizabeth Hull Nims. After Jeremiah's death she married Godfrey Nims.

Children(second marriage): Thomas Nims, Mehitable Nims, Mary Nims, Mercy Nims, and Abigail Nims Rising/Raizenne. She was captured and then killed en route to Canada following the Deerfield Massacre of 29FEB1704.
