Biography
Melatiah Phinney was born on in Barnstable, the daughter of Benjamin and Martha (Crocker) Phinney.[1][2] She married Josiah Morton on 18 May 1732 in Barnstable, the son of John and Reliance (Phinney) Morton.[2] Melatiah was living on 11 April 1784, when she and her husband signed a Plymouth church petition on that date.[2]
