Mercy was buried about March 1747 in Old Burying Ground, Kingston, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. Parents: Joseph Warren and Priscilla Faunce.

Spouse: Maj. John Bradford. Mercy Warren and Maj. John Bradford were married on 5 February 1674 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. They lived in the home he built a little northwest of Kingston Landing in Kingston, Plymouth County, Massachusetts after 1674. He built the home himself around 1674 and it was known to be still standing as recently as 1951, at which time it housed a notable collection of antiques. Children were: John Bradford, Alice Bradford, Abigail Bradford, Mercy Bradford, Lt. Samuel Bradford, Priscilla Bradford, William Bradford.

Their home in Kingston, built in 1675, is still standing and open to the public today. According to tradition, the Indians attempted to burn the house during King Philip's War. John Bradford discovered the fire. He spied an Indian on Abrams Hill waving a blanket and shouting to his fellows, and shot him. But on approach, he could not find the body. After the war, the Indian met Bradford and showed him the scars of his wound.
