OBITUARY
CARTWRIGHT - Mr Michael Patrick Cartwright of 165 Littleton Terrace Bendigo, has died after a brief illness. He was a native of this city where he had carried on a marine dealer's business for many years. He was a member of Bendigo East Carpet Bowls and the Brian Boru Social Clubs. The funeral, which left St. Kilian's Church after Requiem Mass for Bendigo Cemetery, was largely attended. Sympathy is extended to his widow Mrs. Elizabeth Mary Cartwright; four sons, Michael Walter, Leo and Joseph, and two daughters, Maureen and Carmel. Prayers at the church were recited by Rt. Rev. Mgr. F. X. Thomas, and the burial service was read by Rev. Fr. P. de Campo.
